KNOW JUSTICE FOR NEVADA

Home

The intent of the lawsuit is to hold 2nd Judicial District Court Judge Charles Weller, Washoe County, and the State of Nevada accountable for unethical, illegal, and unprofessional conduct of family court matters in Judge Charles Weller's courtroom.

The lawsuit will demonstrate where Judge Charles Weller willfully, intentionally, and with absolute malice violated parties constitutional rights to due process and further through the abuse of his position and power cost parties unnecessary emotional and financial stress.

The lawsuit will further hold Washoe County and the State Nevada accountable for failing to investigate numerous complaints regarding unethical and criminal behavior.

The plaintiff seeks to obtain the removal of 2nd Judicial District Court Judge Charles Weller as well as an undisclosed financial settlement.

The lawsuit is currently PENDING awaiting the outcome of Judge Charles Weller's Civil Suit Against Darren Mack.

UPDATE: Judge Charles Weller has an on-going personal injury lawsuit against Darren Mack.
Given the nature of his complaint this potentially waives his judicial immunity and opens the door for countersuits, class action lawsuits, and personal suits against him.
More importantly, Weller is seeking damages for Negligent and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. This requires expert medical testimony as to his mental fitness for damages. Therefore, any judgment in his favor will result with EVERY DECISION he's made in EVERY CASE since June 12, 2006 subject to review. Thousands of people will have cause for action against him.
And that's not all: It will also make available the opportunity to have Weller removed from the bench for his mental fitness.

If you or a loved one have been personally impacted by the courtroom conduct of Judge Charles Weller, please contact us.
